When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and project information you provide, including your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, product requirements, drawings or other information included in your message.

We also collect information that helps us understand and respond to the request, such as the page or product that led to the inquiry, referral source, UTM campaign information, browser information and the date and time of the request. For limited traffic diagnostics involving requests from Singapore, we retain a shortened IP network prefix, network provider details, data centre location, page path, browser information and referrer hostname for no more than 14 days.

We use inquiry information to respond to you, prepare quotations, arrange samples, confirm specifications, manage orders and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information.

After an inquiry, we may contact you one-to-one about relevant product updates, new materials or promotional activities. You can ask us to stop these follow-ups at any time by replying to the message or emailing amy@propcmaterial.com.

We use Cloudflare to host, secure and operate this website. We use Google Analytics only when you choose to accept analytics cookies in our Cookie Settings. Analytics helps us understand how pages and contact paths are used; it is not used to make automated decisions about you.

To demonstrate and apply a Cookie Settings choice, we maintain a limited consent record containing a random browser consent ID, your choice, the policy version, the time of the choice and the website language. This record does not include your inquiry form details or the IP address used for the consent record.

We may share information with employees who handle your request and with service providers that operate our website, email delivery, inquiry database and internal notification systems. New website inquiries are also sent to the relevant internal business team through email and Feishu notifications. We may share the information needed with manufacturing, packing, logistics or other business partners when this is necessary to prepare or fulfil your request or order. We do not sell personal information.

As an export business based in China, we and our service providers may process inquiry and website information in China and in other locations where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to limit access to people and providers who need the information for the purposes described in this policy.

We keep inquiry and quotation records for 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you. We keep confirmed order records for up to 7 years where needed for accounting, contractual, warranty, dispute-resolution or legal purposes. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 24 months. Limited Singapore traffic diagnostic records are automatically deleted after 14 days. We may retain information longer when required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your contact information, or object to or stop direct product follow-ups, subject to applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
